Digital Product Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, software, downloadable content, memberships, and instant-access services, all sales are generally final.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted only if:

  • The product was not delivered.
  • The product is demonstrably defective and cannot be fixed.
  • Duplicate purchases occurred.
  • A billing error occurred.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Lack of product usage.
  • Failure to read product descriptions.
  • Compatibility issues disclosed before purchase.
  • Account suspensions resulting from policy violations.
  • Digital products that have already been downloaded, activated, or accessed.

Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Requests should include:

  • Order number
  • Email address used for purchase
  • Reason for request

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact support before filing a chargeback.

Initiating a chargeback without first attempting resolution may result in suspension of access to products and services.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
